Bella Dahlheimer, LSW

Bella Dahlheimer, (she/they), is an enthusiastic therapist who creates safe spaces for individuals to navigate challenges, validate experiences, and foster personal growth. Acknowledging that our past may shape us but does not define us, Bella helps clients gain insights, harness self-empowerment, and pave the way for a fulfilling and intentional life.
Comfortable serving individuals of all ages, Bella specializes in supporting children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, OCD, depression, PTSD, and those who identify as LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, or from systemically oppressed and marginalized communities. In session Bella primarily utilizes DBT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing, while also embracing aspects of Psychodynamic, Family System and Gestalt principles. With a Master's in Social Work and a Bachelor's in Gender & Women's Studies, Bella has a strong foundation in understanding the needs of marginalized communities. Her background in education and social work includes roles as a School Social Worker, McKinney-Vento Liaison, and Sponsor for the Gender & Sexuality Alliance/PRISM Club, allowing her to hone skills in serving diverse youth and families. Outside of the clinical setting, Bella enjoys spending meaningful time with her spouse, their 2 children, and their 3 dogs. You can typically find Bella voraciously reading, watching all of the Star Trek series while crocheting, knitting, or quilting. Julie Heniff, LPC

Julie (she/her) provides counseling for adolescents with eating disorders and disordered eating, negative body image and self-esteem, as well as other mental health concerns including depression and anxiety.
With a compassionate, person-centered approach, Julie provides a safe, non-judgmental space where adolescents and young adults can explore their emotions and show up authentically. Her clinical experience includes working in a residential treatment center for adolescents with eating disorders and co-occurring mood disorders, as well as providing community mental health counseling in the Chicago Public School system. Julie takes a personalized, collaborative approach, adapting each session to the unique needs of her clients. She incorporates evidence-based modalities such as DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing, and values- and strengths-based techniques. Through this collaborative work, she helps clients build insight, navigate emotions, and develop healthier coping strategies for daily life.

Felicity compassionately works with men and women suffering with a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, OCD, women's issues and life stressors.
Felicity’s warm and compassionate approach to therapy helps create a safe space for client’s to explore life’s stressors and move forward in their journey of self-improvement and growth. Felicity takes the time to build a trusting and open relationship in order to fully help you reach your desired outcome, either for yourself or your relationship. Together, you will overcome challenges both present and in the past to help bring out the strengths within yourself that are already in existence. Felicity has experience working with teens and adults struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, parenting, and perinatal issues. Felicity uses a person-centered approach to therapy as she believes each person is unique in their needs and as individuals. With the use of evidence-based therapy approaches including, CBT, ERP, and DBT, Felicity believes every person has the opportunity to heal and find balance.
