Sabina (she/her) works with children, teens, and families facing grief, anxiety, identity exploration, neurodivergence, and life transitions. Her trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach uses play, art, and storytelling to create a safe environment for young clients. She collaborates with caregivers to support whole-family healing and is certified in Mental Health First Aid, completed training as an ADHD-CCSP (Certified Clinical Services Provider), which gives her advanced insight into holistic and empirical treatment strategies surrounding both adolescent and adult ADHD, and is currently pursuing further certification in Autism and trauma interventions. Before working in mental health, Sabina spent over 15 years as a journalist and creative director—work that deeply informs her understanding of how people make meaning of their stories. In session, Savanna is equal parts cheerleader and thoughtful guide.
