Tina Chollampel, LCPC

Tina is a warm and empathetic therapist who works with preteens, teens, young adults, and adults. She helps clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, and more. Her approach is collaborative and supportive, with a focus on helping each person feel understood, empowered, and equipped to grow. Tina uses a blend of evidence-based and holistic approaches, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She tailors sessions to fit each client’s unique needs, values, and goals. She has experience in community mental health, PHP/IOP, and private practice settings. For clients who request it, Tina also offers the option to incorporate a faith-based Christian perspective into the healing process.

Katie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients can build emotional resilience and reconnect with their authentic selves. She works with individuals navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, ADHD, relationship challenges, and trauma. Katie has extensive experience supporting survivors of trauma and adversity. She brings a thoughtful, whole-person approach to therapy, recognizing how experiences can impact both the mind and body. Her work focuses on helping clients feel grounded, understood, and empowered as they move toward healing and meaningful change. Katie is committed to providing inclusive, affirming care and values creating a space where all clients feel respected and supported in their identities and lived experiences. Her approach integrates evidence-based practices such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and somatics. Katie works collaboratively with clients, tailoring therapy to meet individual needs while fostering insight, self-compassion, and lasting growth. Before entering private practice, Katie worked as a trauma therapist and spent over 13 years providing legal and medical advocacy for survivors of sexual violence. I offer strategies that foster growth, confidence, and independence. Parent coaching is also offered to strengthen family dynamics and advocate for children finding their voice. With experience in DCFS and foster care systems, I focus on attachment issues. I also support individuals navigating life transitions, including stepping down from higher levels of care. My clients are motivated to build resilience and develop strategies for long-term success. I am dedicated to supporting families through these challenges with empathy and care. Brenda is a fun-loving and deeply compassionate counselor who values individuality and supports clients in discovering themselves, building resilience, and achieving personal goals. She has a special passion for working with athletes, individuals in the LGBTQ+ community, and those focused on strengthening self-esteem and reconnecting with who they are. She helps clients identify core challenges and move toward healing and growth. She creates a safe and supportive space to explore thoughts and emotions while embracing authenticity. Her approach integrates cognitive-behavioral and somatic-based therapies tailored to each person’s needs. Brenda also brings a playful approach to therapy, allowing more space for human connection and therapeutic enjoyment. Outside the therapy room, Brenda is a former collegiate athlete from the University of Illinois who enjoys staying active—whether in nature, through sports, reading, or spending time with loved ones. These passions inform her holistic, balanced approach to therapy.

Sabina (she/her) works with children, teens, and families facing grief, anxiety, identity exploration, neurodivergence, and life transitions. Her trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach uses play, art, and storytelling to create a safe environment for young clients. She collaborates with caregivers to support whole-family healing and is certified in Mental Health First Aid, completed training as an ADHD-CCSP (Certified Clinical Services Provider), which gives her advanced insight into holistic and empirical treatment strategies surrounding both adolescent and adult ADHD, and is currently pursuing further certification in Autism and trauma interventions. Before working in mental health, Sabina spent over 15 years as a journalist and creative director—work that deeply informs her understanding of how people make meaning of their stories. Savanna Murphy, LSW

Savanna is a clinical psychotherapist and social worker who brings warmth, humor, and a solution-focused mindset. With seven years of experience supporting diverse clients, she has a special passion for working with ADHD and neurodivergent individuals, helping them feel understood, affirmed, and genuinely celebrated. In session, Savanna is equal parts cheerleader and thoughtful guide. She knows that starting therapy can feel intimidating, so she focuses on creating a space that feels safe, relaxed, and real—more like a coffee date with a great listener than a cold, clinical appointment. She’s strengths-based at heart, always quick to spot the good in people and help them use those strengths to tackle the hard stuff. Savanna also loves taking big, complicated ideas—like how our brains process information or why emotions sometimes feel “too much”—and breaking them down into simple, relatable terms. Matthew works with individuals and families of all ages. He has significant training and expertise in the treatment of ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Drawing from his background in special education and clinical practice, he employs a person-centered approach enriched by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-focused interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and experiential therapy. Matthew specializes in ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, and provides academic and special education support, collaboration, and advocacy. Libby has over seven years of experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with emotional, behavioral and trauma-related concerns; couples struggling with conflict, infidelity, and emotional disengagement; and parents struggling to adjust to the different stages of their children and family’s development. Libby strives to create an open, safe, and honest space for clients to feel free to share and work through all the things that are creating struggle and strife in their lives. Welcome to our practice! We are dedicated to giving you the support you need, when you need it. Being a therapist is the best. It is a privilege to be invited into your inner world. My intention is for you to have increased clarity of thought, inner peace, and renewed energy to live life to the fullest. My sessions often involve laughter, moments of greater self awareness, and exposures to prepare for the future. Modalities I use include: CBT, DBT, ACT, and RRT Finding a therapist that is the "right" fit can be a challenge. New Day is dedicated to having highly skilled therapists that are in-tuned to their clients' needs. My role as "Intake Coordinator" is to help you get connected with a therapist that is well suited to support your presenting concerns, along with identifying which therapist could be a good fit for your personality. We are very fortunate to have a strong team that can support most families' needs but helping you find the right therapist is most important. With a nurturing heart and the spirit of a fierce advocate, Cari ensures everyone feels protected and cared for. Outside of work, Cari is a proud mother of two sons and has a loving husband. She is an LGBTQ+ advocate and believes in loving and supporting others throughout every part of their life journey. Cari speaks Spanish beautifully, enabling her to support Spanish speaking individuals. One day, she dreams of traveling across the U.S. with her husband and an RV full of rescue dogs.
