As a therapist, I provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel seen and understood. My mission is to walk alongside you as you uncover strengths and to help you move toward the meaningful transformation you’re seeking. I work with clients with a wide range of concerns, which include: trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, anger, family conflict, life transitions and stressors. I have a special interest in supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community. As a University of Chicago graduate, I use evidence-based interventions including CBT, ACT, MI and DBT, I help clients develop practical tools for coping with anxiety, easing depression, and creating sustainable change. With training in trauma-informed care, I bring awareness to how past experiences shape the present, while supporting you in building resilience and moving forward. I believe lasting growth happens when we treat each person as a whole, acknowledging every part of their story and experience. Because there’s no “one-size-fits-all” path to healing, I adapt my approach to your unique needs and personal style. Therapy with me is a collaborative process.
