Patient Care Coordinator
We’re looking for a friendly, organized Patient Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face of New Day Counseling in Glen Ellyn. In this full-time, in-person role, you’ll greet clients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect payments, and keep our front office running smoothly. You’ll also handle phone calls, maintain accurate records, and support our team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort with tools like Excel and electronic medical records (Simple Practice experience a plus). ​

Prental, Perinatal, Postnatal Therapist
We’re seeking a compassionate therapist with expertise in supporting individuals and families through the life-changing experiences of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. In this role, you’ll provide therapy tailored to the unique emotional, relational, and physical challenges of the perinatal period, from fertility struggles and pregnancy loss to postpartum mood disorders and new parenthood adjustments.
