She’s strengths-based at heart, always quick to spot the good in people and help them use those strengths to tackle the hard stuff. Savanna also loves taking big, complicated ideas—like how our brains process information or why emotions sometimes feel “too much”—and breaking them down into simple, relatable terms. She believes that when we truly understand ourselves, we’re better able to show ourselves compassion, make intentional choices, and move toward the kind of life that actually fits who we are.
