Brenna has a special passion for working with athletes, trauma survivors, and neurodivergent individuals. She guides each client in reconnecting with their inner strength, reclaiming their story, and moving toward meaningful change. Her experience also includes supporting people through grief, anxiety, depression, financial hardship, and addiction recovery. Clinically, Brenna draws from Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, thoughtfully tailoring each approach to fit her clients’ unique needs and goals. Brenna is in the process of obtaining her Professional Counseling License after Graduating from the master’s program at DePaul University Spring 2025. Outside the therapy room, Brenna draws from her lived experience as a former collegiate athlete at Purdue University and DePaul University. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, painting, exploring Chicago, and teaching her dog new tricks.

Brenda is eager to help clients identify core issues and find paths towards healing and growth. Brenda specializes in working with athletes, individuals in the LGBTQ+ community, and individuals who have experienced domestic violence. Outside the therapy room, Brenda is a former collegiate athlete from the University of Illinois who still loves staying active—whether it’s being in nature, reading, playing sports, or spending quality time with loved ones. These passions shape her holistic approach to therapy, highlighting the value of balance and connection.

Joel enjoys supporting teens and adults as they navigate various transitions and developmental stages. He provides values-based counseling approaches that can help clients confidently assess options and choices. This approach provides clients with a foundation they can rely on for life long growth and development. Joel also works with adults who would like to enhance their relationships with their teenage children. Here, Joel uses developmental theory as a lens to promote healthy communication and interaction. Joel has completed his ADHD-CCSP (Certified Clinical Services Provider), which gives him advanced insight into holistic and empirical treatment strategies surrounding both adolescent and adult ADHD. Working with educators, specifically in the areas of burnout, secondary traumatic stress, and educator-student interactions is an area of experience and passion for Joel. Validating the increasingly heavy burdens of educators, Joel utilizes CBT and DBT to help educators identify areas of need, while providing tangible strategies and techniques to use both inside and out of school. Joel holds a license to practice in Illinois and Wisconsin which is an added bonus for young adults and families that split their time between the states for school or business.

With a compassionate, person-centered approach, Julie provides a safe, non-judgmental space where adolescents and young adults can explore their emotions and show up authentically. Her clinical experience includes working in a residential treatment center for adolescents with eating disorders and co-occurring mood disorders, as well as providing community mental health counseling in the Chicago Public School system. Julie takes a personalized, collaborative approach, adapting each session to the unique needs of her clients. She incorporates evidence-based modalities such as DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing, and values- and strengths-based techniques. Through this collaborative work, she helps clients build insight, navigate emotions, and develop healthier coping strategies for daily life.

Comfortable serving individuals of all ages, Bella specializes in supporting children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, OCD, depression, PTSD, and those who identify as LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, or from systemically oppressed and marginalized communities. In session Bella primarily utilizes DBT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing, while also embracing aspects of Psychodynamic, Family System and Gestalt principles. With a Master's in Social Work and a Bachelor's in Gender & Women's Studies, Bella has a strong foundation in understanding the needs of marginalized communities. Her background in education and social work includes roles as a School Social Worker, McKinney-Vento Liaison, and Sponsor for the Gender & Sexuality Alliance/PRISM Club, allowing her to hone skills in serving diverse youth and families. Outside of the clinical setting, Bella enjoys spending meaningful time with her spouse, their 2 children, and their 3 dogs. You can typically find Bella voraciously reading, watching all of the Star Trek series while crocheting, knitting, or quilting. Matthew is a skilled clinician who focuses on identifying patterns that may no longer serve you, while igniting your motivation for positive change. Drawing from his background in special education and clinical practice, he employs a person-centered approach enriched by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-focused interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and experiential therapy. Matthew specializes in ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, and provides academic and special education support, collaboration, and advocacy. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, life changes, or relationship concerns, Tina is dedicated to fostering resilience and promoting well-being. Tina believes in the uniqueness of each client’s journey and utilizes a blend of evidence-based and holistic approaches to support their healing process. By integrating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Tina tailors the therapeutic experience to meet the individual needs of each client. Tina specializes in providing therapy for children, teens, and young adults, and has experience working in community mental health, PHP/IOP, and private practice settings.

Libby is passionate about helping individuals, families, and couples become empowered to create the best version of themselves and their relationships. She meets people where they are and focuses on finding, enhancing, and utilizing their strengths to meet their treatment goals. Libby has over seven years of experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with emotional, behavioral and trauma-related concerns; couples struggling with conflict, infidelity, and emotional disengagement; and parents struggling to adjust to the different stages of their children and family’s development. Libby strives to create an open, safe, and honest space for clients to feel free to share and work through all the things that are creating struggle and strife in their lives. She believes all people can change at any stage, and feels privileged to join them in their journey.

With curiosity and active engagement, Jessica cultivates a safe and nurturing environment for personal exploration and growth. Jessica enters the therapeutic space with a non-judgmental, compassionate approach to support clients in uncovering their unique path toward wellness and healing. While Sarah frequently works with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and stressful life transitions, she has received specialized training and holds a particular interest in treating women experiencing symptoms of postpartum mood disorders and other women's issues.

Felicity’s warm and compassionate approach to therapy helps create a safe space for client’s to explore life’s stressors and move forward in their journey of self-improvement and growth. Felicity takes the time to build a trusting and open relationship in order to fully help you reach your desired outcome, either for yourself or your relationship. Together, you will overcome challenges both present and in the past to help bring out the strengths within yourself that are already in existence.
