Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone. Julie offers a compassionate, non-judgmental space for adolescents and young adults to explore their emotions authentically. With experience in a residential treatment center and community mental health counseling in Chicago Public Schools, she personalizes each session to meet her clients’ unique needs.
Julie uses evidence-based techniques, including DBT, CBT, and motivational interviewing, to help clients build insight and develop healthier coping strategies. She works with teens and young adults dealing with anxiety, depression, self-worth, ADHD, and those in the LGBTQIA+ community, focusing on eating disorders and body image concerns.
