Join our group sessions to connect with others who share similar life experiences. These sessions are all about building understanding and learning new skills together. It's a supportive space where you can share and grow alongside people who truly get what you're going through.

Social Skills Play Group
Gentle, play-based sessions that help children express emotions, build confidence, and navigate challenges in a safe, supportive space.
A new session starts in May, 2026, meeting each week for 7 weeks. Glen Ellyn location.​​​
Post-Partum Process Group
The postpartum period is filled with many changes, both physical and emotional. It can be a time of joy and excitement while also being a time of worry, fear, exhaustion, and sometimes depression and anxiety.
This group is designed to provide you with support and teach you new tools to enable you to get the most out of this season.

La Grange Mom's Group
This is a safe space for moms to connect, reflect and grow. Together we will address topics such as burnout, identity, parenting and relationship issues. ​​​

1 in 5 women experience sexual violence over the course of their lifetime. Join an amazing group of women for a 7 week journey of support and healing. Group will be held virtually.​​​​

Teen Group:
This group is a special space for teens to come together, share life stressors, and find out they are not alone. Teens often learn best from one another; this makes group a powerful treatment, facilitated by an experienced counselor who teaches new skills and highlights techniques successfully used by others.

Launching into Freshman Year
Prepare your student for new social, emotional and academic challenges. Together these students will learn and practice:

emotional regulation skills that will get them through hard times

social skills such as explore methods to build healthy relationships
