Hi there, I'm Felicity (she/her), and I am so excited to meet you. Starting therapy can be overwhelming and scary. I'm so proud of you for showing up for yourself and honored that you are trusting me to help you reach your goals and find inner healing and peace.

I believe that our life experiences contribute to all of the different parts of us. In our work together, we will work to heal the parts that feel harder than others through finding compassion and love for these painful parts while also recognizing their good intentions.

During sessions, we will do some hard work, but we will also have fun. I don't believe therapy needs to be all serious and heavy, and laughter should be a part of every session.

I love supporting individuals navigating anxiety, OCD, women's issues, parenting, trauma, and relationship stress. In our work together, we will use a blend of CBT, ERP, DBT, and a person-centered style as each individual is different in their needs.

Just a little support, and you're on your way.
Just a little support, and you're on your way.

It is my goal to leave you with tools and skills to help navigate through life with a little more light and feeling a greater sense of empowerment through improved boundaries and self-worth.

My path to therapy started with my own personal life experiences and challenges, and the desire to help others after experiencing the importance and value of therapy.

After having my daughter during the pandemic, I was pulled to support other parents through the joys and difficulties of parenthood and the impact it has on all parts of life.

Outside of supporting clients, I am a mom of two who enjoys choreographing dances with my daughter to 90s music, reading, and all the sunshine-related things.

One of the best ways to complement counselling is through morning rituals. A Good morning prayer message provides motivation, peace, and a sense of connection. Therapy encourages expressing emotions, and prayer messages support that by showing care and empathy. Together, these practices create a stronger foundation for long-term emotional wellness and mental stability.
