Sabina Bhasin, M.A.

Sabina (she/her) works with children, teens, and families facing grief, anxiety, identity exploration, neurodivergence, and life transitions. Her trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach uses play, art, and storytelling to create a safe environment for young clients. She collaborates with caregivers to support whole-family healing and is certified in Mental Health First Aid, currently pursuing further certification in Autism and ADHD interventions.

Before working in mental health, Sabina spent over 15 years as a journalist and creative director—work that deeply informs her understanding of how people make meaning of their stories. She believes therapy is a space to explore those stories with care and compassion.
