Sarah Ligon, LCSW, Director of Glen Ellyn Clinical Services

Sarah’s approach to counseling is a combinations of gentle, straightforward, genuine, and encouraging. Together you will build on your strengths and grow towards your goals. Her therapeutic focus is client-centered; you are the expert on your own feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. Sarah will provide support and help you gain deeper insights into your individual experiences, illuminating how your past has shaped you into the person you are today. Sarah works with adults and couples. While Sarah frequently works with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and stressful life transitions, she has received specialized training and holds a particular interest in treating women experiencing symptoms of postpartum mood disorders and other women's issues.

Sarah provides counseling to individuals 17 and older, and couples.  ​Sarah specializes in women's issues, particularly issues related to pregnancy.
